Step 1 — Create your profile
Go to business.google.com and click "Manage now". Enter your property name exactly as you want it on Google. Choose "Vacation rental" or "Apartment building".
Step 2 — Location
Enter the exact address. Google sends a postcard with a verification code — arrives in 5-14 days. Some profiles can be verified by phone instead.
Step 3 — Contact details
Phone, email, and — most importantly — a link to your website. Every click is a potential direct booking WITHOUT commission.
Even without a website, a Google profile helps. But with a website — you become fully independent.
Step 4 — Photos
Add at least 10 quality photos. Profiles with photos receive 42% more direction requests and 35% more website clicks. Use the same photos as on Booking — but also add surroundings, views, and the beach.
Step 5 — Reviews
Ask happy guests to leave a Google review. Create a short link (g.page/your-profile) and send it via WhatsApp after check-out. Respond to EVERY review — positive and negative.
