Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for the Aparto platform (aparto.io). All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
2. Free Trial
Aparto offers a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial includes all features with minor limitations (watermark, 10 image limit, subdomain only). You will not be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe after the trial period.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Aparto for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — including your first subscription payment and any renewal. No questions asked, no conditions, no exceptions. Simply contact us and we will process your refund.
4. Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window, refunds may still be issued at our discretion in cases such as: duplicate or erroneous charges, extended service unavailability due to our fault, or as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Contact us at info@aparto.io to discuss your situation.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day refund window, you are entitled to a full refund upon request. If you cancel after 14 days, your access continues until the end of your current billing period with no further charges.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@aparto.io with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, your website will remain active with trial limitations (watermark, reduced features) until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 90 days after the end of your subscription, giving you time to resubscribe or export your data.
8. Price Changes
If we increase subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Price increases will only take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel before the renewal date.
9. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at info@aparto.io before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
